    New worktop and flooring in 5 rooms

    Kitchen and Bathroom tiling, flooring and some fittings and flooring replaced - job expanded because they discovered rot, dealt with effectively.

    The job mushroomed as they found rot. They got on with replacing what was needed, even working on (unscheduled) Saturday to get the job done. Much appreciated.

    Caretaking as a Service

    We have recently taken out a contract for Caretaking as a Service and we are very happy with the level of service - particularly the thoroughness and keen eye for detail. This has included remedial repairs but also project work for legislation compliance.

    New bath, floors, tiling, plastering. Filling skip.

    The team found the rotten plasterboard and flooring once the job had started and were very generous to us in terms of time and materials. Worked Saturday and late evenings to get the jobs done.
