CP maintenance Engineer done a fantastic job. Went above and beyond when repairing and even advised me off further things I could do in future to prevent the same problem happening again. Very clear with what he was doing and took his time and stayed later to complete the job for no extra money. Arjan was brilliant as always. Very quick to respond to our problem and fixed it with a new pump in only a couple of hours. He even changed us half price for the pump, very reasonable rates which is so valuable for us especially when we have such a limited budget. We had our boiler serviced by Arjan and our boiler needed replacing. He clearly explained all the problems with the boiler and also some electrical from our water tank. He was really genuine and gave us all the info so we could get someone else if we didn’t want to go with him. But as he is the most trustworthy persons we have had we really wanted him to do the installation and he was very prompt in getting us sorted so we could have heating and hot water in this cold weather. Enquired about getting my boiler serviced . The engineer called me right away and informed me a few facts about the boiler service which I was unaware of . This was very kind of him as I had used a different company for servicing twice and they just took my money and did not advise me appropriately about the boiler servicing. Job location: HP13Absolutely top class service. Arjan is a hero - reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Got the job done fast and insisted on staying to make sure everything was working properly after the job was done. Repaired and serviced our boiler that had not been looked at in 15 years. I'm always wary of getting ripped off when it comes to home repairs, but Arjan offers competitive prices and doesn't try to upsell you. Honest service by an honest professional.
