New Bath fitted
Nick was great. I received an email from him the morning after contacting Check a trade. He came round that evening to have a look and sent me a quote the next day. He started the work on the day that he said and it was all finished within two days for £20 less than the price quoted. We are extremely impressed from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

To reattach a radiator that our dog had knocked off the wall which was leaking.
I would highly recommend CPS Plumbing and Property Maintenance. Nick came out the same day and the repair was carried out to an excellent standard. I was impressed by how efficiently and professionally the job was completed and will continue to use CPS for any other jobs that I may have. Nick was so nice and friendly.

Plastering laminate flooring and wall tiling
Work was very tidy, finished beautifully. Attention to detail with the tiling was outstanding. Kind and friendly service that was honest and true to quote. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my property maintenance services- booked back in for more work!!
