Our downstairs cloakroom toilet flush valve had failed. Using Checkatrade Cross Plumbing Ltd contacted me to advise they could supply & fit new part. Quote was sent & I accepted. Shower cartridge had gone leaving vibration and squeaking noise
Excellent service from start to finish. Mike and the team were friendly, professional and communicated clearly throughout. They quickly diagnosed that our old shower needed replacing, provided a fair quote, and managed to fit us in at very short notice. Dean did a great job with the installation, was punctual, tidy and very professional. We're really pleased with the new shower and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Found and fixed a challenging leak buried in the wall
