CSC Plumbing & Heating responded quickly and professionally to the job I posted on checkatrade. Quote was fairly priced and the appointment was made the next day. Mason was friendly and polite. They came earlier than expected. Mason was polite and identified the issue quickly. Although unable to rectify the actual cause of the blockage themselves, required specialist pressure jet equipment, they were helpfull in suggesting companies that could support which was really helpful in the emergency situation. 8.33 Boiler service and leaking pipe replaced

My boiler pressure was dropping and I had a leaking pipe. The boiler was serviced and pipe replaced. I am happy with the work carried out (hopefully there will be no further leaks). 10 Replacement of failed toilet flush valve.

I provided a photo of the flush mechanism as requested. Mason arrived on time with a replacement unit. He dismantled the mechanism with an explanation of the fault, fitted the new part and checked the operation before completion of the job.
