Charlie is a legend
Charlie was polite and attentive from the first call we had. After 3 engineer visits and being left without heating for 3 weeks, Charlie was able to to diagnose and fix the problem within two visits. He was thorough, kept us informed throughout the process, and he even tidied up after himself and left the place spotless. Radiator removal - excellent service.
Charlie came to remove and cap a radiator for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was incredibly kind and professional throughout. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and he adapted to a change in my request with no hesitation. Charlie also included a cover plate for the wall to finish off the look.
