  Outside socket

Craig and his mate did an excellent job fitting an outside socket to use to charge my car. From first contact to completion of the work, he communicated in a prompt and very friendly and polite manner. Reasonable cost. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.

Additional plug socket fitted in bedroom

Communication great. Punctual, turned up early and completed the plug installation. We wanted a number of plugs but engineer was very upfront about the issues of where we wanted the other plugs and advised reasons as to why we were unable to. Due to type of building too he told us what issues we’d have if we chose to have some of the plugs installed as not normal brick built structure. Very open and honest. Have since requested further quotes for additional work and had them out for a call out for other electrical issues.

  House Rewiring

  Posted 19 August

  Excellent standards & workmanship.

During the course of changing some sockets around it became evident that a full house rewire was required. I was shown why and a full test was carried out to check if it was indeed the whole house. Although the initial quote given was quite high we managed to agree on a price which would include the original jobs too. Overall the lads did a great job, completed in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout they managed to keep us connected as much as possible (we work from home) and kept mess and general disruption to a minimum. We would recommend CT Electrical to others.

  Fan not installed correctly

Extractor fan recently installed in my bathroom by CT Electrical Installations. It is leaking water. I contacted Liam 5 times who said he would send out worker to fix. Then lied several times and no one has fixed the fan.I have taken time off work and no one has come. Under sales of goods act I have paid for a service that is not fit for service. *Poor customer service. *Faulty fan. Added feedback: Liam came out and fixed the problem.

  Shower fitting

Had electric shower fitted, unfortunately the shower was faulty. CT Electrical came back the following day after we purchased another shower and fitted without any issues. Very happy with the service and the gentleman who did the job was very professional and polite. Would definitely use CT Electrical Installations again.
