  Had a suspected roof leak and Tom professionally and quickly responded, investigated the suspected leak path, and very helpfully discussed our options. Once we had chosen our options, Tom and team did a great job in carrying out the repair. Would recommend.

  Conservatory Roof Conversions

  Efficient company

  The firm replaced a leaking polycarbonate roof with a permanent timber base with OSB boards and a EDPM rubber roofing. This was finished internally with UPVC cladding. All work was carried out to a high standard and would definitely recommend this firm.

  Trustworthy & professional Custodian Roofing

  After the first project of replacing our garage roof, we were so impressed we had them sort our roof on the house and then replace gutters and rebuild the gable end; all carried out to a very high standard. Custodian Roofing are trustworthy and highly professional.
