  Flat Roofing Installation

  Posted 09 October

  New flat roof

Great couple of lads, communication was quick and easy, work was done quickly but to a very high standard. They turned up on agreed day, tidy work, cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

  Positive experience

This was my first time using Checkatrade. Communications were prompt and professional with Tom, and the work was carried out quickly and within the time he suggested. I felt he was very honest about what could and couldn't be done within certain restraints, and the quality of work looks good (though I know nothing about building!). Would absolutely look to contact Tom again for future roof work.

  Professional, friendly and efficient roofer

Tom helped repair some very leaky and misaligned gutters and installed a protective dry verge. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. We are very happy with his work. Thanks Tom!

  Felt Roofing Installation

  Excellent Service from Custodian Roofing

I am very happy with Tom and his crew from Custodian Roofing. Tom called to give me an estimate to have the felting and battons replaced. He was polite and gave me a very detailed explanation as to what the job would entail. His written estimate was received that evening. It was again detailed and extremely competitive compared to others. His crew carried out the work quickly and efficiently. The final touches were carried out by Tom himself. All debris was removed very quickly after the job was finished, leaving the garden and surrounding area spotless.
