I had a problem with the lock on my double glazed sliding external front door which is more than 30 years old. I contacted Harry online and he called me within a matter of minutes to discuss the problem. He offered to visit the following day but I was unavailable, so an appointment was made for him to visit a few days later. He arrived at the agreed time. The cause of the problem was found, he quoted a very fair price and a new part was fitted. Harry is friendly and personable and is very good at what he does. I shall use him again if the need arises and I'm happy to recommend him.

This is the third time we have used Cutting Edge Locksmith and can only say that Harry is excellent! He knows everything there is to know about lock repairs and replacements etc and it shows in the trouble and pride he takes in his work. Never needed a locksmith before and was worried due to the negative stories heard in the past but thankfully Harry was great. Explained and demonstrated the issue and repaired straight away. Cost way less than expected too
