Polwarth Crescent _ 5 Bed double upper flat.
For the last 8 weeks, Dale has been engaged in a property refurb, Removing lead water tank; taking down failed hall ceiling; removing stud and plaster work that reduced the dining area; coordinating plasterers and electricians and , finally, decorating the entire property to a high standard. Covering Edinburgh and surrounding area's i have extensive experience working with private homeowners and residential landlords, decorating on large refurbishment projects (holiday lets, long term rental properties, including large student HMO). I work efficiently and in a timely manner leaving a professional quality finish.
