  Excellent service from start to finish. Honest advice given on first inspection and then great job done. Friendly, tidy and hardworking. I initially thought the vent would damage the boards in the bathroom or ruin the aesthetics, but to the contrary! I already see and feel the benefits. Don't take chances on rogue traders! Damp Proofing Solutions are the real deal. I highly recommend them.

  Quality of actual work good, everything else shockingly bad

  Sadly the work done has been massively undermined by damage done to my property, which the company failed to acknowledge or take responsibility for. The sales pitch oversells what state the place will be left in, and the customer service when trying to deal with this is shocking to say the least. I’m sure the work itself is good, but I shouldn’t be left with damage, a much bigger mess than I was promised, sockets hanging out (when I specifically checked if these would go back in) and incredibly disrespectful customer service.

  We refute these claims & won’t be coerced into financial settlements to avoid bad reviews. All work was completed as agreed, with evidence scratches predated our visit. Our complaints process wasn’t given time to operate & our offer to return was declined

  I had issues with damp in two of my downstairs rooms. After contacting the company, a survey was done of the areas requiring attention, it was carried out professionally and I was given all the information needed to explain the cause of the problem. The quote given was reasonable and work started very quickly. The team who came to do the work arrived on time, were friendly, and worked efficiently and with great care to cover up and protect living areas from dust, and tidied up brilliantly! I was really impressed with the company from start to finish and would highly recommend them.
