    Following a survey of the affected areas, I was given a quote on the day and the job was booked in very quickly. They turned up on time, the job was completed while I was at work and everything was tidied up before they left. Great service, everyone involved - from the first call, to the survey, and the actual work - were friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend.

    The expert who visited us gave a thorough and clear explanation of what was coursing the various types of damp. He took time to go through this with both myself and my husband and answered all of our questions. He is clearly very knowledge and an expert in his field. The job was completed on time and with minimum of disruption. The workers were all very courteous and professional. The job was done completely to our satisfaction and all rubbish was cleared away.
