  Dan was very professional and thorough. He solved a difficult problem with a ground floor leaking shower drain set in concrete and another complex toilet flush mechanism replacement. Highly recommend him and will definitely call him in the future

  Perfect Plumber.

  Not an urgent issue but Dan came quickly, within 3 days. Problem caused by 'overweight' relative dropping onto the toilet causing coupling between pan and soil pipe to shift. Repaired by Dan. He was very respectful and efficient. Also caulking around the pan/floor join and then cleaned up after. Will most likely use Dan again if/when other plumbing/referb required. Thanks Dan.

  Dan was exceptional. Very clean and tidy, took my dachshund on as a temporary apprentice, and I cannot fault his work at all. Would highly recommend Dan to anyone.

  Dan texted and said he was interested in my job. We arranged a date and time for him to assess the problem. He came and found the problem but it needed parts to complete so he went away, texted me a quote for the whole job and we arranged a date for him to come and do it. He did not arrive at the time booked but he did text me to say he was held up on another job. We re-arranged and he came and fixed the fault for the agreed price. He was polite, respectful and did not quote over the top prices and done the job well. I would definitely recommend this Company.

  Flexible and great attention to detail

  Dan's attention to detail to ensure that everything fitted correctly and that there were no leaks was brilliant, and he left no mess behind him. He was very flexible in splitting the job into two across two weeks in order to fit in with other work that was being carried out in the house.
