  Replacement of severely leaking main stop cock in bathroom

  Overall excellent, great work, great customer experience, can highly recommend! Dan responded to my job very quickly, communicated well throughout and kept me posted. He managed to fit my job in two days earlier than expected which was great. He let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time. While on site Dan listened to my concerns, gave me options and clearly explained what he was doing and why, going the extra mile to accommodate any requests, all with a smile and while giving great advice throughout. You can tell that customer satisfaction means a lot to him. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I couldn't be happier with the job and will definitely call Dan again for any plumbing or heating work at the next opportunity I get.

  We had a number of issues concerning our newly installed underfloor heating that were seriously impacting on our confidence We were pretty much at our wits ends and thought of getting a second opinion. We are so glad that we did Dan spent over half a day fault finding and a further day rectifying. It now works like clockwork.
