Boiler service
Really disappointed with DPMS. As a loyal customer of many years. I booked a service for my boiler as I do every year and received a confirmation email. After speaking with them on the day of the appointment they informed I was not on their system although I had the confirmation. I informed I had used a days AL to be off however they said they would not honour the appointment and could I take another day off. I think this is poor service to a regular customer when it is their mistake. Sadly I will not be using them again.

Engineer came out to see what the problem was with the boiler
My experience that I recently had with this company is that they are not a trustworthy plumbing and heating company at all that I could recommend very dis honest and deceiving. I even asked the receptionist lady to get their manager to phone me back regarding this issue as I was told he would and until now he hasn’t even bothered has not given me any apology whatsoever regarding this issue about his incompetent heating technician. I wouldn’t recommend to my family or friends what they have done to me in unnecessary costs put on me for nothing. Totaling in £635 for a heat exchanger and labor
