High quality work, good advice.
We had a major refurb of our porch, living, dining and utility rooms. As the job unfolded, there were, of course, issues found and decisions to be made and we always received good advice and often really creative ideas. As well as high quality workmanship, David's crew are friendly and considerate and they tidied up thoroughly every day. Highly recommended.Job location: TN610 Builder

Ground Floor extension
We have waited a long time to find a builder we could rely on. Finally we struck gold with David and his team. They followed the architects plans to a T and have built an amazing extension to our home. Their work is of a very high quality, they appreciate all the fine details and really value their work. They were courteous, clean and tidy and worked around us when needed. David's communication was top notch always keeping us informed and always on call should we need him. New Kitchen fitting with repairs and renovations to house.
I would not hesitate to recommend David and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, thoughtful and professional building service. From start to finish of this 3 month project, they have been friendly, kind, helpful and hard working. David's knowledge of all aspects of building work is excellent, including his attention to detail. Kitchen diner extension
David and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen diner extension. His team had to knock down 2 walls, put steels in, rebuild the timber kitchen floor, install a new kitchen, downstairs toilet, plaster and board all walls, patio, extension roof and skylight to a very high standard. The detail in the carpentry and plastering exceptional and very pleased with the final result. David and his team were polite and professional, so clean and had a great standard of work. Full upstairs renovation of period house
David and his team were outstanding and we highly recommend them! From the initial meeting to discuss our ideas to the final day of snagging, David was professional, polite and incredibly patient with our near constant questions and queries. He was always very easy to get hold of during the renovation and remained transparent about costings and time frames throughout the process. Excellent experience

We are a local builder with an established record in providing affordable and quality refurbishments, conversions and extensions to all types of existing buildings from footings to finished landscaping.
Based in Crowborough we undertake work primarily throughout the South East which includes Kent and Sussex. We frequently work in Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield and Heathfield.
David Martin himself started his carpentry and building career in 1986. He spent 10 years with a local building company, 3 of those years as a carpenter's apprentice and then 7 more as a fully qualified carpenter and joiner. During these years he developed his skills in many areas of the building trade.
We have undertaken many different types of jobs which include:

We do ask for staged payments starting the day work on your project begins.
