The service I received from Michelle who researched the model of Shark vacuum cleaner which would best suit me was amazing. I phoned during the morning of 27 May, and explained my requirements to her. Michelle researched which model would best suit me and called me back a few hours later. I checked the descriptions of the model she recommended on the internet and decided it would definitely meet my needs. I then called her back, purchased the model over the phone and it was delivered to me less then 1 hour. The service received by your company was, as always, first class.

Despite an irritating initial hiccup the engineer returned only a short while later with the correct part and fixed my washing machine. He was pleasant and worked quickly.

Excellent service. I spoke to the Uckfield store who advised me to bring in my vacuum cleaner in order for it to be picked up, taken to Eastbourne store, repaired and returned to Uckfield. The turn around time was very quick. They picked it up on a Tuesday and I had a call the following Tuesday, explaining what the issue was and the price.
