Highly recommend
Amazing experience with DBM. They packed and moved the contents of our flat in London to Cambridge in just one day. DBM house move....excellent service
I used DBM this week for a home move Everything was really straight forward, from booking the service to explain their requirements for parking / access etc. The team arrived promptly and worked hard all day, without any problems. They just sorted things as required including disassembly and reassemble of furniture, beds etc. I was super impressed and they had a really great work ethic and attitude. 10/10! I can't recommend this service enough. This was first time using a pack and move service, and it was a game-changing experience. DBM were the most competitive in terms of pricing, and their sales/customer service team were on point from beginning to end. Really appreciated their use of Whatsapp. On the day, George and his team were efficient, friendly and professional. Flawless from start to finish
Adrian and his team arrived right on time at our property, and packed up a three bedroom flat in less than four hours (including dismantling several pieces of large furniture). The team then moved us to Oxshott and unpacked in under two hours. We were genuinely blown away. Friendly, professional, rapid and zero breakages. The office team were also fantastic, conducting a thorough video survey giving us confidence in the competitive quote and accommodating last minute furniture disposals. Efficient and professional removal
We were so impressed with the service from DBM Express. Cosmin, George and their colleague worked with remarkable efficiency, professionalism and care, and managed last-minute challenges expertly. We particularly appreciated their careful handling of our furniture, including dismantling and reassembly, and incredibly fast turnaround - the whole move took less than 4 hours! The whole process was handled brilliantly, from the initial quotation to moving day. It was great to have such quick response times from the admin team on our questions as well. Move from flat and storage to new home
Hired DBM to move all our belongings from our flat and our storage unit on the same day, and we were really impressed with the effectiveness and courtesy of Vasile and Robert's team. They started on time and got us moved and settled into our new home quickly and as painlessly as possible. Moving home is the start of a new adventure. We understand that our customers have different needs so at DBM Express we offer a wide range of services to suit your needs. We specialise in planning flat, house and office removals and our aim is to make things simple while the whole process will be explained to you.
Before the move, we’ll visit you at home – FREE, No-obligation SURVEY – to discuss all your requirements and get a detailed, fixed price entirely based on your needs and requirements, a quote tailored for you. Our Move Managers will plan every detail. Once your property has been seen the quote stays valid for 60 days, so you can take your time to decide.
We provide a wide range of services from you to choose from:
· We can help you de-clutter before or after you move with recycling of unwanted furniture and belongings;
· If you need packing materials we deliver them in advance along with everything else you might require;
· We offer temporary or long term storage for anything you don’t want to take with you;
· We use protective coverings to protect your furniture during the moving process;
· We dismantle and reassemble furniture;
· All furniture and all boxes will be going in your desired room and position. All furniture will be assembled the same way we found it;
· We remove windows or doors for access as well as putting them back afterwards.
- We provide professional cleaning services.
Packing your house to move can be stressful process and that is why DBM Express offers you a full packing service to ease the pressure. And this is not all, we can also unpack everything for you and de-clutter your new home of all the boxes and wrapping that has been used during the move. We pride ourselves on being Eco-friendly and we reuse as well as recycle our materials.
