  Radiator TRVs and Gatevalve

  Over the last month Darran has replaced some radiator TRVs and a cold water gravity feed gatevalve for us. We have used Darran for many years and he is always very responsive, provides excellent advice and always carries out his work on time and professionally. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

  Replace outdoor tap

  Darran replaced an existing outdoor tap with an updated replacement. Darran provided relevant and constructive advice on the work required and arrived promptly on the agreed fitting date. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the work area left clean and tidy. First time I have worked with Darran but will be quite happy to use him again for any future work.

  Annual service of central heating boiler

  We have used Darran for many years and he always does an excellent job. During the service he identified that we may need more work doing on the boiler as a part may be wearing out.

  Hot water heater not working

  Darren yet again exceeded our expectations. Quick to respond to our enquiry and using his experience was able to narrow the issue down prior to attending. Upon arrival Darren quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Waited onsite to ensure all was fine. I would not hesitate in recommended his services to anyone that required them.

  Serviced combo-boiler

  Darran is very professional. He arrived on time having provided clear terms of business and was thorough. He provided explanations of what was being done and why as well as advice for what we should do to prolong the life of the boiler. No additional "up sells" and efficient delivery of fully itemised invoice.
