Poor workmanship

Excellent cleaning service
Got my windows cleaned 2 days back. Overall experience was great. These guys have good equipment, they show up on time and get job done properly. Very polite and professional. If there are any issues on job, they fix it ASAP with zero drama. My princess balcony has complex grill, which makes it hard to clean. When I informed about a missed spot they immediately cleaned it without fuss. Moss removal
For the past few years we have used D B Windows who do a good job cleaning them. In March 2025 the firm also cleared the moss from our roof tiles and carried this out most effectively. Alexis worked very methodically and cleared up at the end of the day leaving the site clean and tidy and moss free. Over a year on there is no sign of renewed moss growth.
