    Company calls me. Discuss my needs. Ask to me to fill a form of engagement and asks for various contact details after agreeing the price. I don't hear from him for a week. No emails, no calls. I call him a week later for him to say he's now too busy and can't do the job. No communication and absolutely no respect for the time he wasted. Disgusting attitude and awful communication. Avoid this company like the plague.

    The surveyor was commissioned to complete an independent survey on a house I am purchasing. He worked timely and effectively in visiting the property and completing the report, providing sufficient detail and explanations. His report included enough information without making it too overwhelming and it was written clearly and in accessible language. I am happy to have chosen this company for their services.

  • Calculations for chimney stack support

    Sundeep did some structural calculations for a steel beam for us a few years ago and gave us some good advice at the time. Recently we needed some calculations done to support a building control application to remove a chimney breast and leave the chimney stack supported. Sundeep has been very helpful in resolving the challenges around the building control application and doing the calculations quickly.

    This was a disappointing experience for a few reasons. The documents originally submitted by Sundeep included pages for items (e.G. Basement) that were not for my project. The council's building control department picked up on this as they thought they were receiving an application for basement works too. The followup support was poor. Calls/emails were unanswered when an issue popped up. The drawings themselves have also proved to be inaccurate once construction started. The existing house was not accurately depreciated. I had to pay a second Engineer to do corrections.
