    Sundeep has been really great in understanding what's needed to be done as per the BS industry standards and was very quick is the survey execution and producing a precise but very detailed report which was accepted by the lender, at the very first submission.     Mr Gupta from DCE Global was very helpful. We got an appointment shortly after our telephone conversation. We had prompt replies to our questions and queries.     We contacted Sundeep Gupta of DCE Global to do a RICS Level 3 survey of the property we were interested in. We clearly mentioned to him on email, that we are interested in only RICS Level 3 survey, which he agreed to. We promptly paid the required fee. After the survey, Sundeep sent us a structural survey report of the property and not the RICS Level 3 report that we wanted and he agreed to on emails. Please note that the structural survey report is not the same as RICS Level 3 because it does not provide the same details as RICS Level 3. Therefore, report provided by Sundeep was i
