Great Service from Start to Finish
Thank you for your quick response to my broken water pipe that comes into my home. An appointment to visit was arranged within 24 hours and a full breakdown of expected costs was shared before anyone attended. Cameron has visited my property this morning, explained what he was doing at various times and got on with the fix. No fuss, even with 30 degrees heat and needing to dig a deep hole to reach the offending pipe. Was clear that you take great pride in your work and are proud of the company you work for, thank you for sorting out my issue and leaving things very tidy.

New kitchen tap
Really happy with the work. We had a new kitchen tap fitted and it was a smooth job from start to finish. Worked cleanly and efficiently, and made sure everything was properly sealed and working before leaving. No leaks, no issues, and the tap looks great. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.

High quality work at a great price.
DCL drains were very quick to respond and rectify an issue with poor ventilation on a downpipe. Whilst completing this job, they inspected a different issue I had with a poorly fitted manhole cover. They quoted on the spot and the work was very satisfactory completed in next few days. I’d certainly recommend DCL drains for the quality of their work.

Called DCL on a Saturday morning after the kitchen sink and washing machine waste both backed up. They answered straight away and had someone with me the same day, which I wasn't expecting on a weekend. Cameron found the blockage quickly, explained what had caused it, and cleared it properly rather than just shifting it further down the line. He gave me the cost up front with no surprises at the end, and tidied up before he left. Everything draining freely again. Professional, honest and genuinely helpful. If you've got a drainage problem around Fleet or Farnborough, call DCL.

High quality and friendly service
Following some groundwork to our garden, which ruptured a galvanized mains water pipe we contacted DCL as an emergency and Cameron attended within 45 minutes. Cameron worked with the builders to make a temporary repair and then returned the following day to complete a permanent repair including the replacement of a lot of the pipe work which was rusty. The materials used were of a high quality and the work was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend.
