DES Seamless Install
Thank you to DES for a seamless install of our new solar set up. The information and advice provided beforehand by Darren and the team really helped inform our final decision. The scaffolders, Steve, the roofer and Jack, electrician were efficient and a credit to the business, the install of our 15 panel and Tesla Powerwall 3 system only taking two days, working perfectly as we speak. Professional and helpful company
DES were great to deal with from the first design call through to the installation and support. They didn't try and hard sell us things we didn't need but listened to our requirements and built something around that. The team that did the install were really professional and friendly, and the post installation support has been great. Solar and Battery Storage
Great service from start to finish. It’s a bit of a minefield out there and I must have got about 5/6 quotes. Chose DES for their variety of offering but also for their excellent reviews. Scaffold was up in 2-3 hrs and then install of panels and battery was done a couple of days later in 1 visit. Went with Goodwe battery as has 20yr warranty on the inverter. Choose DES for a tailored service.
The knowledge the team has is fantastic, they really help to map everything out clearly in the reports which many of the competition struggle to do in the same way. We had a couple delays for the electrics but after a follow up, the team delt well with the issues and shared my frustrations and resolved the issue promptly. New Solar Panel's, Sigenergy Batteries & Inverter
Very helpful staff when ever I called them. And very patient with me working out what solar panels, batteries and inverter to have in my Sigenergy system. And as we had a problem with our roof which had to be fixed before we could have the solar panels fitted. This caused a small delay but worked out well in the end. On the day of the fitting the solar panel fitters started at 8am and the electricians were just a little later and they all got on with there work, and checking with me where things were going and how it was all going to work.
