Checked the roof for appropriate space to put the panels, gave a detailed quote, organised the scaffolding and the electricians, who all arrived as planned. Cleared the site and left every tidy. I contacted a few companies for quotes and advice and DES were clearly one of the best two. They offered excellent advice with no pressure to buy and gave a very professional service in a confident fashion. This was not the case with most other companies I spoke with. The works were carried out on time and in a very caring manner by all involved by courteous and helpful, polite people and using good quality materials subject to long guarantees. From start to finish, the guys at DES were straight shooting. They are extremely knowledgeable and never tried to upsell, they tailor to what is best to your needs and requirements which is very appreciated!
