Excellent Service From Start To Finish
We couldn't be happier with our experience with DES Renewables. From our very first enquiry through to installation and aftercare, they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Excellent experience with solar panels plus battery
We had a great experience with DES Renewable Energy from start to finish. At the quotation stage, everything was explained in detail and I felt that a system was being designed to actually reflect our personal use, the type of roof and orientation of our house. The realistic generation potential and also the downsides were also explained. I felt that other quotes we got were simply package deals offering the exact same equipment every time. Richard, the designer was very prompt and patient in answering queries. The pre-installation survey process was very comprehensive. DES Renewables - Highly Recommended
DES provided excellent service throughout our whole experience with them. Conversations with the system designer, Darren were extremely helpful in explaining what would work best for us. Emails were promptly answered in detail. At no time did I feel pressurised into making a decision The installation team were fantastic, roofer Steve, electricians Rhys andSpencer. Zappi EV charger Installation
Excellent service from start to finish! I hired DES Renewable Energy Ltd to install a Zappi EV charger at my home, and they did a phenomenal job.
