DGN design and build AWFUL builder
I hired DGN Design and Build Ltd, managed by Harjinder Singh Bal, for a residential project in West London, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. From the start, communication was inconsistent — responses to emails and messages were often delayed, and I had to chase for updates on progress. The project suffered from several unexpected delays, and some of the reasons given were unclear or poorly explained. In terms of workmanship, certain parts of the build did not meet the standard I expected for the price quoted. I renovated the whole ground floor, new plastering, skimming and painting, new tiles for the entire downstairs, new kitchen, new plumbing, new boiler, built new toilet and basin done under the stairs, also renovated bathroom and toilet on the first floor.
Bal’s work is very professional,he has done a excellent work through out the whole time, he is very hardworking person, he is very honest and very friendly, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to renovate their house.Job location: TW510 Posted 11 September 2022
