  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My new bathroom was left uncompleted and I have since had to contact another company to complete their work. They were only bothered about money and the customer service was shocking! Due to being measured incorrectly by them I had to return the original basin unit for a smaller one. Brian made me order my own sink replacement and I was promised to be reimbursed but this never happened. When I informed them of my issues they were only bothered about the job finishing on time and everyone being paid. Andy was on holiday at the time and not bothered about any of it. Th

  Bath out shower in

  Firstly they turned up a week late! Cladding boards where cut too short. Flooring was cut too short. There solution was to fill with more silicone. Which of course has lifted now because there was too much of a gap. However after getting a heating engineer out to actually check shower over, it has now been identified that the hot and cold pipes have been done the wrong way round, and the shower is either far too hot or freezing! Now no one is returning my calls! Do not use!

  Wetroom with disabled access

  Had a wet room fitted with dh1 bathrooms I can not thank them enough they give me my independence back after years of having to get help from my partner with getting in and out the bath I’m now able to shower alone and access by my wheelchair , the arrived when they said they would were from clean and tidy whilst working and removed all the old bathroom fittings free of charge :) which was even better , it’s even better than I could of imagined they were very polite and respectful at all times would highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a new bathroom

  Wet room fitting

  After long consideration and a recommendation from a friend of ours we went with dh1 bathrooms for our new wet room, and we are so happy we did. Everything that was promised was delivered and more left the place sparkling clean would definitely recommend

  The fitting team turned up on time and did an amazing job. My Bathroom looks fantastic, we are very happy. I would definitely recommend DH1 Bathrooms.
