Leaky toilet and two taps that were also leaking.

Faulty heating boiler.

Boiler repair
Arrived to assess the issue on 28/8/18 and identified the issue. Text with repair date 4/9/18. As we both work we arranged for our parents to be there. I text Dave to inform him they'd be there and he said he needed cash or a cheque for the repair. I called him and he was rude. I explained that he did not tell us that we needed to leave cash or a cheque and he said that he didn't think to tell us and then said "don't bother then" and put the phone down on us.
