10Verified ReviewWe needed four double glazed units replacing in our conservatory and contacted DME Window & Door Doctor, Donald came round to assess the job and got the quote to us very quickly. We were very happy with the quote so went ahead, the new window units arrived quicker than we were expecting which was good. On the day of fitting Donald arrived and completed the work in good time, leaving the new windows nice and clean! He cleared up all the old rubbish taking it all away. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending DME Window & Door Doctor to anyone and will use them for any future work.

Donald is an upfront worker who will advise you of what is and what is not required he will advise you on the pro's and con's of repairs and the costs. I particularly like the fact he doesn't try to rip you off! He is honest to the point that he would rather not do the work as opposed to charging for something that is not cost effective. Today he arrived to give us a quote he was early and called first to check it was ok to come, he assesed the work and as it was a quick job he did it whilst he was there,

Donald has done several jobs for us previously and we have always found him very reliable. If we need advice on minor issues he is always happy to advise, putting his years of experience to good use.
