Poor service
Was booked in to have two extractor fans installed today. Was meant to arrive at 10am but no word from him at 1020. Called and his voicemail message is that the company due to unforseen circumstances is no longer trading which was very strange as had a txt the day before to confirm work was still going ahead the next day. I then txt to find out where he was and he explained he was running late and then at 1045 received another txt to say he couldn't find parking in front of our house so wouldn't be going ahead with work today. Booked a day off work and not a single courtesy call
