  FIVE STAR SERVICE

Downright Electrical couldn’t have been more helpful from my first enquiry. They were polite, efficient and helpful. Ed did a thorough check to work out the logistics and Nick the electrician did a great job and took time to explain how the charger worked. The company was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them to others.

  Plug sockets and lift light

We required 3 new plug sockets and a new upgrade on our loft light. We received a quote in under 24 hours and accepted it. The team were extremely helpful and professional in all areas. The men checked the trip switch board before, during and after the works and cleared away afterwards.

  Customer satisfaction

We required to have an EV charger installed at our home. we researched local companies to supply and install the charger, Downlight Electrical Ltd had excellent reviews., so we contacted them for a quotation. Ed the Domestic Operations Manager contacted us via a video call where he was able to view the planned charger location and the connection requirements. Ed then provided a comprehensive quotation to meet our needs. Elli arranged the installation to which Nick completed the task in a very professional manner, we would not hesitate to highly recommend Downlight Electrical.

  Electric Car Charger fitting

Probably the best service I’ve ever had, prompt, efficient and certainly exceeded customer expectations. Car arrived Monday, already had video meeting booked for 1340hrs re the charger, confirmed installation for 22/10/26 and amazing they had an earlier cancellation come in and hey ho 15/10/26 come home to a fully functional charger and hopefully an app trained wife, the latter will be proved tomorrow morning 😂🤣😂🤣. THANKS TO EVERYONE AT DOWNLIGHT FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE AND DELIVERY

Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended

Excellent service from start to finish! Ed carried out the initial inspection and was extremely diligent, treating my family's safety as though it were his own. Nick completed the installation and was equally impressive – professional, courteous and meticulous. He explained every step, offered multiple options for the cable routing, talked me through the pros and cons, and let me decide. He patiently answered all my questions and left everything exceptionally neat and tidy. Both clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommended!
