Cleaning of flat and deep carpet cleaning

Cleaning and tidying of flat
Jo was flexible in agreeing a time that was best for me and arrived on time. She also always checks to see if there have been any changes in where I store things so that she puts things away in the right places. Jo always asks me to check when she's finished to see if i'm happy with the job, which I always am. Deep clean after floor-sanding
Jo was just brilliant! She was friendly, understanding of what was needed, and easy to contact prior to work being done. On the day, we were met with a smile and bang on time (early in fact!). We went over the conversation my partner and Jo had previously, stating it was a real top to toe job, as the wood dust from sanding had got EVERYWHERE. By this point Jo was picking out the problem areas (incl less obvious ones), and explaining how she would approach e.G. Soft brush for the walls.
