Boiler replacement
David turned up and started the job. Removed old boiler and fixed new boiler in place he then discovered it was too big. I asked what he was going to do so he made a couple of calls then told me no one had a smaller one in stock. He put the old boiler back and said he would let me know when he could get a smaller boiler. I also pointed out that he had damaged the wall of the adjoining room as he had drilled through. He said he would get this repaired. He left and I have not heard from him and he is not answering my emails. Very unprofessional company. I advise people not to use.

After starting the job we found the the boiler was 3mm to big for the cupboard causing the door not being able to close, we informed you as soon as we found this and tried our best to get a replacement boiler which would fit in the cupboard on the same day which we could not source. We did respond to your email on the 22nd June and tried to book in to return and repair the wall and were told not to bother as you had found another supplier. We are happy to pay for the wall repair as we accidentally damaged it not realising how thin it was. Sorry for the inconvenience Dave

Gas Boiler Installation

Removed old mersey main gas water heater and replaced with new vokera aqua nova gas water heater
Dave was very kind to do the job on his day off at the weekend as this was the soonest which was a week after the quote date. Also supplied a better brand to the one quoted with no change in price as the original ariston evo would have taken longer to order in. Overall a very positive job carried out, bricked up the large opening of the old flue, cleared up and carried away the old appliance.

Installed and outside hot and cold tap, re-pipe and installed new radiators
Dave and Richard have been fantastic. They have been very professional and reliable aswell as friendly and trustworthy. The work they have done is brilliant. They have went above and beyond to make sure the work has been done to a high standard aswell as being safety conscious. Couldn’t recommend them enough they have been brilliant!
