Fixed the issue but felt like they took advantage.
They came and fixed the issue I had at the time they said however I feel they made sure to take as much time as possible as they charge per half hour. After clearing the drain I was offered a CCTV of the pipes as he thought something might be causing the block. I declined as cannot afford the cost. I feel because I said no to that he took longer to pack his stuff away and then sat in his van for 10 minutes which conveniently took the time 3 minutes into the 4th half hour which they charged me.
