Didn’t fix the problem, charged a lot for it and then refused all contact
We called them in to fix a bad smell from a pipe under a cupboard. They reviewed the situation and charged considerably more for a pipe camera than other offers but seemed to know their stuff. We agreed a pipe was loose and needed refitting. After taking out the cupboard, they changed their mind and decided to just pack the space around it, still charging 80% of their original quote for a lot less work. Problem was back instantly and they didn’t even reinstall the cupboard. Great work ethics - Highly recommend
Being left in the lurch by our insurance company I used check a trade for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Jake from drain daddies called within 5 mins of me posting the job & once I explained our predicament he was very knowledgeable about our issue. His work ethic is beyond amazing as he stayed until 8pm one night to get to the bottom of our drainage issue. Great drain guy
