    Amazing service! Quick, professional, and reasonable price. Spoke to Andy to book in the job and he was great - no nonsense chat basically wanted to do the job, not waste either of our time and do it then and there and promised a reasonable price. He sent Peter and (sorry didn't catch the other guy's name) - both were really friendly, professional and clear about the work needed. Would trust this company - so pleased highly recommended. Thanks.

    Very helpful and efficient.

    A blocked drain which , due to its age , was damaged and needed re-lining. The company visited on the same day as initial contact and couldn’t have been more polite and the work was carried out with the minimum of disruption. A clear and comprehensive report was provided afterwards.

    Poor customer service

    Would not recommend this company. After paying a large sum of money, the problem was not resolved. On contacting the company to come back out to try and resolve the problem my emails were ignored

    First rate professionals. Highly Recommended

    I contacted Drain Defenders to come and clear a blocked sewer pipe. Their response time was excellent, and they had everything flowing again in very short order. They are a highly professional company and I would recommend them highly.

    When the guys arrived they were very thorough & super informative. There was a slight delay for the work due to an ongoing urgent job, and I was unable to be flexible on the original booking day. But nonetheless the quality of work was excellent. They even gave me insight of potential issues in the future with a hidden manhole. Very happy with the work & very quickly resolved.
