We got bathroom blockage fixed, the company sent their team in 2 hours. But after 1 month and 2 days the bathroom blocked again and they said they will send team in 2 days and will charge again for this. Really disappointed with their service. Absolute 5 star service from start to finish; phoned on a Saturday morning with blocked drain and Dan arrived in less than an hour or so. It was pouring with rain and he stayed for around 2 hours trying to clear the blockage; with perseverance, he cleared the blockage and gave some really sound advice as to how to deal with the on-going problem. 100% would recommend this company.Verified reviewerJob location: TN1510 We needed plans of where the drains were and whether they were clear

Very dissatisfied with this company. They mislaid my address so did not turn up for the first appointment. Rescheduled and got a technician who phoned and _shouted_ at my wife because I was a few min late due to roadworks. Then proceeded to damage the drain trying to lever it open, despite there being usable handles. Did nothing because the blockage had gone, left after 10 min and then got charged over £100.
