    Blocked Drain Under House

    The service was excellent! Mine was an emergency call as drain was blocked and heavy rain was forecast which could have caused flooding. Phoned for help on Saturday afternoon and operator was here after 6.00pm. He did a great job clearing the drain and was jolly, cheerful and positive.

    The communication was perfect from the first call with Sharon, really timely response and a great service and then the service from Paul was brilliant, it was quite stressful having a blocked toilet on Boxing Day with 3 kids but they made it a lot easier.

    The company was an absolute joy to work with. They kept in constant contact with me the gentleman that came out was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
