    Great service and value for money

    I'd engaged Drain Doctor to clear a blocked downstairs loo sewer pipe. Kev the technician cleared the blockage in record time (I've had this problem before and had another firm clear it). He then put a camera through and explained the problem that I had with a dropped section of pipe. He was very helpful when we discussed a remedy and I've decided to take up the company's offer of further work on the system. Today's job actually cost a little less than what I expected and I'm more than happy with the quote provided for the future work. A very helpful Maureen was at the end of the phone later.

    A super thorough investigation from Kev eventually found a years-old problem. Botched installations. Did a great job of sticking with the task when it would have been easier to do a quick jet wash and disappear, as one previous big-name organisation did.
