Fixed leaking soil pipe above my back door. Not a pleasant job, but the guys were timely, efficient and good-humoured. Would definitely use again.

I paid for look and see drainage report which included downloaded footage. The engineer explained that there was no sagging pipe and that there was a blockage, the report provided did not contain any of this information. He said that further work needs to be carried out and still took full payment on site. No downloaded footage was provided. I asked for more info, the lady on the phone kept promising a call back but I had to chase this up over 3 weeks. Each call she kept giving me info which contradicted the initial findings. The director then messed me around promising calls but not doing

We recently had Drain Dr Bradford carry out a CCTV drain survey and follow-up work using their Picote machine. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Had reoccurring issues with a drain. Had a different contractor out who cleared the problem but didn’t diagnose the issue. This reoccurred. Called Drain Doctor out who were extremely efficient from start to finish. Told me exactly what the issue was. Competitively priced for both an unblock and repair work. Talked me through each stage of what was needed. Found tree roots in the line which they were able to remove and repair the drain with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.
