Replacing draing pan connector for a WC, new stack T piece, stack flex seal, refitted WC and secured to wall and floor, tested WC to ensure no further leaks
The Drain Doctor reception staff ( Rachael ) was very calm and efficient during an emergency situation. She located a plumber at very short notice. The plumber arrived at the property when he said he would. He called to say he was on his way. He inspected the situation calmly, identified the cause of the leak and made a plan of how to repair. He called the next morning with a price for the works, procured the parts and executed the repair. He called to confirm when the works were complete.
