Blocked pipe/toilet
Darren was great, he turned up very quickly on Sunday evening, explained everything as he was going through the work, explained all the different problems it could be and after the work was complete, he showed me all the pipes with the camera. The problem was resolved quickly as well. Really friendly, fast service and well priced. Would definitely recommend using Drain Doctor.
Blockage to external drain. Jetted, cleaned and CCTV
Adam called within less than 10min of making an enquiry on Friday PM and he was able to arrange for Darren to pop round very shortly thereafter. He assessed the situation and was able to resolve immediately on a a cold, dark and icy evening where most people are settling down for the night. A prompt, courteous and very professional service all round, with excellent customer follow up to ensure I was happy with the work. I’m absolutely delighted with the work carried out and big thanks to the team. I would happily recommend their services and will be calling again if I have future needs.
Blocked kitchen sink
The ubend under our kitchen sink had become blocked. It had also become brittle and needed replacing. Drain doctor came out the same day and had the parts on the van to replace the ubend and get everything working again in no time. Would use again
Toilet and sink were backed up, couldn't use them
Phoned Drain Doctor and explained it was an emergency. They sent Darren round within the hour. He was friendly and efficient, solved the problem in no time.
