  Explained the job and sent pictures before attending for a quote, turned up and said the job will cost double. Our business was restricted due to drain blockage and they were trying to take advanced. When they messaged from WhatsApp the company logo was for a 'Drain Pro Services' so assuming they are advertising under different names. Managed to get a national company out and paid half of what what this company wanted. Avoid using them!

  More than double quoted then no communication

  Originally I had a guaranteed fix price quote of 149 to unblock a kitchen sink. This then more than doubled when the engineer arrived so I have to pay an extra 170 pounds. The work carried out. The engineer left the man hole unscrewed, I contacted the WhatsApp number about this and didn’t even get a reply.

  A seriously blocked drain

  Having been advised by the company employed by my insurance company that the drain would have to be replaced at great expense, I looked on checkatrade put my request in and my phone rang and I was told that an engineer could be round in 45 minutes. He arrived in good time and worked continuously for over 2 hours to clear the drain completely. Drain Master Ltd are super efficient and conscientious. I am very happy with the procedure and the result.

  Waste pipe blockage

  Lilly was incredibly professional and courteous while on the phone with us when we requested a quote. She asked questions to better understand the situation, so when she sent out Ali, he was all clued in. Ali was also incredibly professional. He came into our home and checked out the situation thoroughly before getting started, once we accepted the quote offered for the task at hand. Ali was an absolute delight to have in our home, and clearly had complete experience and knowledge in what he does. Ali also completely cleaned up behind him, which other traders could learn a thing or two from.

  Kitchen sink blocked and causing awful smell

  Ali attended today. Firstly the entire process was super Professional, extremely fast attendance. Ali worked effortlessly to get the sink flowing again. He tested the end job numerous times to ensure all was working properly. And of course Ali cleaned and sanitised every where and left the kitchen area neat and tidy.
