  This is for the branch based in Shirley, Solihull. Very professional. All the people we dealt with - Julie, Mandy and Dan were quiet, informative, helpful and clearly knew their jobs. Dan, the fitter, was a pleasure to have in the house for 3 days. Excellent service and an excellent kitchen.

  Kitchen makover

  I have recently had my kitchen renovated by Dream Doors. From the initial meeting to the final sign off the service has been excellent. I had all my doors replaced as the carcasses were still fine. The result is amazing. My oak kitchen has had a total revamp and now looks modern and fresh. Workmanship has been excellent throughout and would highly recommend the company particularly Aaron the fitter. Thanks a great job .

  Terrible experience took best part of 12 months for this job to be completed due to various issues. We have a very small kitchen and this job should have been completed within two weeks easily. There appeared to be no communication between the branch and the kitchen fitter and other members of staff. I would never recommend this company.

  There were numerous factors to why the job became delayed. We had issues with a damaged sink that the manufacturer refused to replace, we then had to come up with another sink option for the customer. Whilst removing the sink the worktop then became damaged and we had to replace the worktops to refit the new sink. There were also issues with plastering around an oven housing after using a 3rd party plasterer. In the end we had to redo this section as well to fix the issue. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that came about on this job, and they took a while to complete – some were out of our hands though. I do agree that it did take longer than usual to rectify, however, as a good will gesture and to compensate the customer I did reduce the final balance.

  Excellent Job.

  Replacement work surface and ceramic hob. Very friendly and helpful company. Very pleased with an excellent job done. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

  Fit new cupboard doors, cupboards, work tops, sink, taps.

  I am very pleased with my new kitchen. From planning to completion ,I had helpful advice and ideas to improve my kitchen. The work was carried out efficiently by the fitters, carpenters, gas and electric technicians. Thank you for a very good service.
