  dampness in loft, inspection showed water coming in from roof.

  Agreed date and time for inspection, kept me informed of arrival time, advised that ventilation was not the problem, but water on end rafter due to rain water coming in. Agreed to send out roofers the following week, again let me know when they would arrive. The guys arrived spot on time, we're very pleasant and pointed out to me where the water was coming in. New slate cut to shape and put in place. All done within half an hour and no mess all at a very reasonable price.

  Bathroom works

  We had Craig (Company Owner) out to Survey a job which included replacing floor joists in our bathroom due to water damages. HOWEVER, we are 3 weeks down the line and at a cost of over £4k are almost back to the start. The job was to replace the floor joists and re-estate our bathroom including Sink, Tiles, Shower, Toilet pan, Towel rail etc. and nothing was completed properly. The calamity of errors that occurred are unbelievable and not of a standard his “40 year’s experience” would produce

  Air brick replaced and hood put on.

  Ceiling collapse

  We contacted Drummond Brown after a ceiling collapse in our flat. The company were extremely helpful and sent assessors out that evening - well beyond office hours. We then received a follow up visit the next day where we received a further review and assessment. They were quick and professional sending a quote and helpful with all questions along the way.

  Garage demolition and removal of debris

  Good price .Great job done by Mick and Lee who not only finished on schedule but offered practical advice on what was required. Craig handled oversight of the contract very professionally and communicated throughout. We highly recommend this company .
