Generally reliable (a couple of occasions arrangements had to be changed, but normally this was confirmed by phone or message) and prompt. Some long days put in to get things done.     Dean plastered my kitchen and dining room ceilings and walls and what a lovely clean job he made.. the ceilings were artexed which I thought would cause a problem but they weren’t.. he was polite on arrival when first quoting to the time he left after completion such a professional mannerism.. would highly recommend and he even showed me a few tricks of the trade..
