    Absolutely brilliant! From the quote to finishing the job Brian kept me in the loop. The lads never stop. Very professional, tidying away every little bit of mess as they go.     Full roof replacement

    Brian and the team did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our 1930s semi in Cullercoats. Totally professional from the start, was well informed of what was going on and had quick replies to any questions. Impressed by the team, nice lads who worked really hard and finished ahead of schedule. Site left clean and tidy afterwards. Very happy with the whole job and would highly recommend Dwelling.

    The lads did a fabulous job of a flat roof felt replacement. From my first phone call to completion of the job this was a first rate experience. Brian always responded to my phone calls and messages immediately, something quite rare for tradesmen in my experience, highly recommend 👌

    New roof

    Fantastic workmanship from this company. Reliable, Trustworthy, and communication was spot on. We were kept informed about all aspects of the roof , even shown photos of the job as it progressed. These guys never stopped only for short lunch. They cleaned up every night making sure pathway was clear for ourselves and neighbours. I would highly recommend this company.
