Selecting and fitting an up and over door.

I could not in honesty find any thing to fault from start to finish. The help and advise was very good and the fitter has done a professional job.

Great product and installer was very good.

Great product, fantastic installer. One thing I would say is make sure you read the quotation as mine had number of errors, which were quickly corrected.

Great job , money well spent.

I first used Eastern back in 2010 , never had any problems with the garage door that they installed. Moved house earlier this year and did not hesitate to give them a call to quote for 2 new electric roller garage doors. They came round measured up, and promptly sent me my quote. Doors were fitted last week; the fitters were friendly, explained how they were going to do the job and once finished tidied up after themselves. would never have known they had been there! I honestly can not fault my door fitting experience at all. Would definitely recommend their services. Great job!

Excellent new front door installed to a high standard

I had a new front door fitted to the house on 13/08/2026. The fitter arrived within the agreed time. He worked efficiently and tidily throughout the installation. All waste and debris was safely removed. The new door has a brilliant finish and I am extremely happy with the end product. The fitter was a credit to his employer for the high standard of workmanship. I have used Eastern Garage Doors previously and would certainly do so again.

Excellent service and product, took a long time

Very helpful and proactive, Chyna in the office is a great shop window for the business. Equally happy with Keelan our installer who was absolutely professional and detail focussed. Only fly in the ointment was lengthy delay for work to commence, and then a further delay by a week at 48 hours notice- with no real explanation.

  Response from Eastern Garage Doors

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that Chyna made such a positive impression and that Keelan's installation delivered the professional, service we aim for. They’ll both be thrilled. We’re truly sorry for the delays you experienced before the job began. That’s not the level of communication or reliability we want for our customers, and we appreciate you highlighting it. We regularly review projects so we can continually improve and prevent issues from happening so its disappointing that this time it didn't go as smoothly as we'd hope.
