Fan oven and gas grill repair
Came and gave an estimate, charged me £116 for labour and parts which they said they would have within 2 days then they never came back. Despite several emails saying they were waiting for the parts never heard from them again. They come on 14th August for 10 min for the repair estimation, asked me to pay £100 and never came back to do the repair
The repair person came on 14th August and still hasn't sent the price for the repair part. I was expecting that he would come with the part and make it happen during same day (as I said on my email it was the dryer not heating anymore and you had the brand/model) I paid £100 for him coming 10 Min then telling me he didn't got the part and now not even sending me the price estimate for the repair and is not answering since that.
