  Late both days, our clothes rammed in bin bags and our possessions left broken

  Avoid! At all costs; unless you want to be moved with your own bin bags/labels, 12 hours late and your possessions all broken by mishandling

  We are disappointed by this review as it does not reflect the true circumstances surrounding the move. This was a large 2 day move completed after midnight after our team waited several hours for house keys before access could be gained, yet we still ensured the customer was not left stranded. The customer advised payment would be completed after the move, however £400 remains unpaid. We strongly dispute the allegations and hold video documentation of the customer’s items before and during the move which contradicts the claims made in this review.

  Great service and very professional. They helped move our 2 bed flat and were careful with all our belongings and surprisingly helped to position the furnitures in new apartment. That was very generous. The team is friendly and an excellent value for my money. I would definitely recommend them 10/10.

  The best couriers/movers by far!

  I recently used Ecoplus for my house move, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and showed remarkable expertise in packing and transporting my belongings. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the process. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they worked quickly without compromising on care, finishing ahead of schedule! Plus, their pricing was transparent and reasonable. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional moving company, you have to choose them!

  Reliable and professional moving service

  We used Ecoplus Logistics for a house move and were very pleased with the service. The movers arrived on time and were polite and professional throughout. They handled our furniture and boxes carefully and made sure everything was properly secured in the van before transport. Nothing was damaged and the move was completed smoothly without any stress. They were also very helpful in placing some of the heavier items where we needed them in the new property. Overall a very reliable service and we would happily use them again.
