  Jordan was the perfect mix of know-how, people skills, and effectiveness. Clean, on schedule, immaculate work on a complex job. Bright and cheery whilst diligent, would give a score of 12 if I could.

  Radiator fitting

  When my fitter was on his way I was informed by the company .Then later two more came to help ,all three was very polite informed me of what they were doing next .When finished everything was left clean and tidy and in working order .Would recommend ECS plumbing and heating.

  Excellent workmanship from a very efficient team

  Dealing with everyone from the office team to the engineers was a pleasure. Their skills are evident in the quality of the work which was also neat, tidy and discreet. And they left no trace of their efforts. All packaging and used bits were removed. What a team. Highest recommendation from us. We won’t use anyone else

  I did not receive notification of the new date but was nevertheless pleased to see the engineer, who was very helpful as I had not cleared the kitchen area prior to his arrival. A very satisfactory outcome. Thanks

  Office staff efficient and easy to deal with. Called back with quick appointment. Engineer on time sorted and explained all. Charges excellent as emergency call out within 24hrs
