FRAUD
Please carry out thorough checks before using this company.I was promised CERTASS certification and insurance-backed guarantee documents for my windows and doors, but these were not provided despite requests. I understand the business has traded under different company names, including Your Home Solutions (S.E) Ltd, Weathershield Solution, and EE Glazing Ltd. The salesperson I dealt with was John. Same person is registered in certass and same address. My review is based on my personal experience. Please choose wisely.Job location: TN240 Conservatory Installation

Never buy these windows!

New Patio door fitted
Not up to a professional standard. One part was damaged during fitting , I ‘ve sent photos and I was told someone will pop around a week later with a replacement. After waiting for the 3 hours allocated time , that someone arrived much later than expected WITHOUT the part meaning that a further visit was required causing inconvenience to my working life. A provisional adjustment was made but of course the damage it’s still there . I am yet to hear from the EE glazing with an apology or an apportioned refund for the unsatisfactory service provided, and still waiting for the paperwork!!!Verified reviewerJob location: SE20
