  New Combi Boiler fitted

  I had a new combi boiler fitted by Elliot and Andy, they fitted the new boiler and removed all the old water storage heater equipment. They also as a late decision by us on the day fitted a new radiator (wasnt one previously) in our converted loft room. They made no disruption to our day while we worked from home. They were polite and friendly and hard working. The price was fair and the quote was what was charged (minus the extra for the added work we requested which again was charged at a good price) they explained all the work done in detail to us. Would 100% recommend and use again

  Boiler Service

  Elliott turned up on time (even happy to wait as I was dropping my car at the garage), was tidy and efficient and also fixed an issue we had with the hot water temperature without charging extra. Will definitely be using Elliott for all our future Boiler Services / issues

  New boiler fitted.

  New shower fitted and drains unblocked

  Waste of time, do not use this trader Came out and fitted a shower and said would come back to fix the waste problem. Then didn't come back and said use someone else.

  6 months ago my partner went out to blocked shower which we put chemicals down to try & solve the issue. But it didn’t work. The shower fitted was nothing to do with the waste. This was existing problem which we tried to solve. The customer contacted me saying the tenant still had a problem with the waste which was the first time I knew about the problem which was still there. I went out & had a look & said the waste pipe will need replacing as it blocked & the water is not running away. I spoke to him & agreed a price to do it. I said I would contact him with a date. But I’ve had a death in my family & have taken time off to deal with this. I’ve haven’t been taking phone calls for this reason. I never said find someone else. I haven’t spoken to the customer since the last time about agreeing the price. As you can understand I’ve got quite a bit of stuff to sort out at this time. I’d be happy to try & sort this situation out.

  Replacement on-suite basin tap.

  Very flexible and they were able to accommodate my calendar very quickly. The price was very reasonable, especially as there were three of them (between boiler jobs). They were friendly and efficient. A relatively simple job for a professional plumber, but would have been awkward for an amateur. Very responsive to emails arranging the quote, advising replacement parts and lining up the job.
