Carpet Cleaning - Very damaged carpet (unable to be revived read below) - Trustworthy + Authentic
I had originally booked Emerson to complete a general clean of the property I had just bought. We were aware that the carpets had been very soiled with cat urine/faeces but we’re hoping a clean would revive them. Emerson came and was so open and honest from the beginning. He explained to us that he could clean them and charge us but he did not feel that this would be enough and recommended that we remove the carpets and get new. We were so impressed with his authenticity as it would’ve been easy for him to complete the job and charge us knowing that this would not have fixed the problem. Emerson was so lovely and very helpful with supporting us to find local carpet companies - as we were new to the Halesowen area. We did indeed remove the carpets, as well as the underlay due to the previous owners damage. Emerson then returned and completed a cleaning treatment on the floorboards to reduce any chances of the urine remaining in the floorboards. Emerson was very reliable and great with communicating with us. I cannot thank him enough.Verified reviewerJob location: B63RTegan R10 Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Outstanding Carpet Cleaning Service
Contacted and booked Emerson at short notice for an end of tenancy deep clean of carpets in the two bedrooms. i personally thought they had seen better days as full of pet hair, make up stains, coffee, paint marks and Gods knows what else. Emerson got the carpets so clean that they ended looking practically brand new. Professional, great communication, punctual, efficient and diligent with great results at a sensible price. Also with Emerson, you are not just dealing with a skilled professional tradesman, but you are also dealing with a lovely and decent guy. Would 100% highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: WS2
