Damp proof treatment
Work carried out in autumn 2023. Guarantee provided Some issues identified. Contacted Nathan in September 2024 He visited in October, identified remedial action First treatment - 29 November Second treatment - due the following week. Still not taken place (February) Multiple rearrangements (most on the day) prior to first treatment. For second treatment, Nathan has missed 3 appointments: 2 x no shows with no contact; 1 x contact late on the day No contact from Nathan since 10 January (>5 weeks). Replacing a damp course that has been breached in one of the walls in our garage.
I recently had the good fortune of hiring Elite Damp proofing and Property Solutions, as the DPC on a garage wall had been breached. Their price was extremely competive and Nathan also did some additional work that he did not charge for. He was extremely polite, informative and meticulous. His finish after installing a new Damp Proof Course was first class and I would strongly recommend Elite Damp Proofing. Unfortunately I was unable to contact the customer the morning in question as my phone was not working on site. Contact with the customer was made the following day and an apology was given for the inconvenience and the issue was resolved.
